Montes Classic Merlot - With a ruby-red colour, the wine has a nose dominated by primary fruit, including fresh red berries and black plum. There are also notes of sweet spice, and thanks to the 8 months in French oak, very delicate aromas of vanilla, mocha, and nuts. The palate is balanced and smooth, with medium body and a long finish.
Grape Varieties: 85% Merlot, 15% Carmenère
Montes Classic Malbec - The wine is deep ruby-red, tinged with purple at the rim. The nose delivers intense ripe fruit, such as cranberry, blackberry, and black plum, mingled with well-defined notes of nutmeg, toast and dulce de leche, derived from the French oak. The palate is balanced and broad, with smooth tannins and a medium body. The finish is long and in line with the nose.
Grape Varieties: 100% Malbec
Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon - The complex nose offers outstanding aromas of ripe black fruits such as figs and blackberries complemented by notes of crème de cassis, while spices such as cayenne pepper appear over a back of dark chocolate, which masterfully envelopes subtle aromas of leather and tobacco. The palate with perfectly rounded tannins that trigger an explosion of the fruit on the mid-palate.
Grape Varieties: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot
Montes Alpha Carmenere - The intense nose offers pleasing notes of ripe black and red fruits such as blackberries, figs, and dried plums. Spicy notes of nutmeg and black pepper lie over a back of tobacco and leather with a subtle balsamic aroma that envelops aromas of pastry and dark chocolate. The palate is well balanced, lush, and structured, while soft tannins lend the wine a sweet sensation that opens way to a long and very elegant finish.
