1. Can I personally collect wines from Wineshop.com.my HQ?
    Of course you can! All you have to do is select the "Walk In" option at Wineshop.com.my HQ and call us on 03 – 2141 3177 before coming. We are open Mondays to Fridays 10am – 5pm. No delivery charges will be incurred under this option.

    2. If I place an order today, when will it be delivered / ready for pick up?

      We offer three delivery options as below

      • Self-pick up at Wineshop.com.my HQ –FREE
      • Standard 2-3 Workings Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only) – RM20

        3. How are your wines stored?
        We realise our reputation is at stake if we do not store our wines carefully. Therefore, we keep all our wines in a temperature and humidity controlled facility 24 hours a day at our warehouse office at 44-1, Jalan Sultan Ismail 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


        4. What is Wineshop.com.my’s return policy?
        Customers are advised to check their orders immediately upon receipt as we cannot be held responsible for breakages or other damages once the delivery forms have been signed.

          For corkages, please reseal the bottles quickly and inform us immediately either by phone (03-2141 3177) during office hours. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept corked bottles that have been drunk!

          5. My order is a gift, will there be a receipt included in the delivery?
          We will use Delivery Order (DO) for all delivery service. Your receipt will be send via email to you. If you would like your receipt to be sent to a different email address, write us a note under Special Instructions with the email address which you would like the receipt to be sent.

          6. My order is a gift, can I include a message?
          Yes. Write us a note under Special Instructions with your message when you are checking out. We will throw in a complimentary Wineshop.com.my greeting card for your message and deliver it together with your order.

          7. Do you have a retail store I can visit?
          Yes. We do have a retail store and you are welcome to visit our retail store at office at 44-1, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

          8. Are prices on the website the same as in the shop?
          No. The price on the website will be cheaper than in retail shop.

          9. Do you ship outside of West Malaysia?
          Our products and services are limited to areas within West Malaysia due to the tight cross-border regulations for alcohol. We cannot ship to East Malaysia for this reason. You need to have a delivery address within West Malaysia to receive your order.

          10. Can I send somebody else to pick up my order?
          We require at least one form of valid identification (driver’s licence or NRIC) and the order confirmation number on collection. However, you may show the credit card that the order was billed to if you are without those items. 

            If you are sending someone else to pick up your order, we would require the appropriate identification and order number as well.

            11. Can my wines be delivered to my work place?
            Yes we are able to deliver wines to your work place, but it is your responsibility to make sure your employer is fine with it.

            12. What will happen to my wine delivery if I am not around to receive it?
            You could get somebody else to receive it on your behalf. However, that person must be 21 years old and above and must produce the order confirmation number on delivery.

            In any case, we will inform every customer before the wines are being sent out to ensure somebody is there to receive the delivery or to arrange for an alternative delivery date where necessary.

            For deliveries outside the Klang Valley, it is up to the customers to communicate with our courier company who will leave you a note if nobody is around to receive the delivery. It is then up to you to arrange for a re-delivery with our courier company. We cannot accept responsibility of corked wines as a result of re-deliveries.

                14.What are your operation hours?

                Wineshop.com.my operates 24/7 and you can make any order at any time. Our customer service hours is from Monday – Friday, 9.30am to 6pm. We closed on weekends and public holidays.

                15. Delivery Hours:

                Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm. No deliveries on Weekends and public holidays. Self-pickup is available from Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5:30pm (except Public Holidays). Please contact us in advance before your arrival to ensure your order is ready.

                  16. How does payment work?

                  We use secured and reputed 3rd party payment platforms (such as ipay88) to ensure your personal data is safe. These gateways are highly reliable and are secured, allowing you to make online purchases with ease.

                  17. Can I pay cash on delivery (COD)?

                  It’s not available at the moment. All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges.

                  18. What is the size of the bottles?

                  Unless noted otherwise on the bottle name, the standard size for a bottle of wine is 750ml, and 700ml for spirits.
