O’Neills Sherry Cask is a Single Malt Irish Whiskey, patiently matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks. The whiskey is non-chill filtered with no added colour.
Aroma: Dried prunes, fig, sherry and vanilla notes.
Taste: Sweet at the beginning but then finishes dry with some spiciness present.
